In case you were wondering what the hell this viney thing is running down into Kate’s naughty place..it’s actually the remnant of a rose tattoo she had before the free tummy tuck. All she’s left with is the thorny rose stem.
Oh and PS…she also has a Winnie the Poo on her ankle. Hmmm..Winnie the Poo and a rose. Kate is a very creative person, non?
