Will PETA’s Controversial Ad Air During SuperBowl?

February 2nd, 2011

PETA is nothing if not controversial. Their goal is to always shock you into opening your mind about the slaughter and treatment of animals.

It’s historically proven that it takes shock and awe to get anything changed..we are a people set in our ways. But sometimes PETA goes to far and no enough people see their campaigns.

Case in point, their Super Bowl ads are even more risque than normal. NBC declined to air their ad titled “Veggie Love” last year despite a $3 million offer and this years ad looks just as controversial. The entire ad is a compilation of “outakes” from the audition for the 2010 ad.

Whether or not this ad will actually make it to television remains to be seen. Watch below but be warned..it’s racy…if you are at work make sure boss is in the bathroom or getting coffee.
